Introduction
I hope the following pages give you a useful introduction to my range of bellows blown bagpipes.
Superb quality of tone and really excellent playing performance are my primary objectives as a maker. It's to this end that I give the very greatest attention to design, and to the quality of finish, workmanship, materials and detail, that the very finest handmade instruments demand.
Previously based in the Small Isles in the Inner Hebrides in Scotland, and now in Lochaber in the West Highlands, I've been playing and making smallpipes since 1976 and I've been making them for sale since 2003.
I make both Scottish Smallpipes and Northumbrian Smallpipes, in a range of pitches and configurations.
